We had 4.5 miles to do today ... our 1st bump in a while on the weekday training. We had a pretty large group this morning, but everyone broke off into their own separate groups after a while.
The run itself was good, but I just don't think I was there mentally. I guess that's nice for me sometimes and just be able to zone out, but probably not as nice for my running buddies.
