I met a group of Janes this morning for another o dark early run. It is so nice to beat the heat (or thunderstorms). I did hit snooze an extra time today, so I was rushing a little bit to get out of the house.
E and I ran together again and had a good run, using the same route that we did on Tuesday.
I felt a little tired in the beginning, but it seemed like once we made it into the park, that loop went by fast - even the 3 hills. Before I knew it, we were back to GA for one more hill and then finished.
